Create professional e-mails
With the integrated e-mail editor you can create profession e-mail in HTML-format. In order to create an attractive mailing you can use graphical files, colors, different fonts, links, tables and you can use our default design templates. The program is userfriendly and you can work with it without any IT-knowledge.
Integrated contact management
Softwarenetz Mailing contains a complete contact- and customer management. You can import existing contacts into the program. Softwarenetz Mailing is compatible with Softwarenetz Addresses2 and Softwarenetz Invoice4. You have direct access to the customers and contacts within these two programs and send your e-mails.
Sending directly via SMTP
You send your mailing directly over the SMTP-connection of your mail server. Therefore you don't need any additional e-mail program to send your mailing. You can set the amount of e-mails per connection or per time limit. Depending on your provider you could have different limitions.
Design layouts
Default design layouts for different events, e.g. Christmas, birthdays or newsletters are integrated. Just select a default design layout and write your e-mail.
Automatic evaluation of bounce-mails
After sending out a mailing you always receive bounce-mails, e.g. the e-mail address doesn't exist anymore. In this case you receive a 'Mail delivery failed...' message from your mail server. Softwarenetz Mailing is able to recognise these bounce-mails and will block this contact for future mailings.
Personal e-mail including variables
With the help of variables you are able to create personal e-mails. E.g. insert the variable 'heading' and your e-mail will start with 'Dear Mr. Example' or 'Hello Edward...'.
